I. DEFINITION OF WELDMESH
HNW Fabric is manufactured from cold drawn high yield strength steel wire. The welding of fabric is accomplished by an electionically controlled electrical process which employs the principles of fusion combined with pressure that fuses the intersecting wires into a homogenous section without loss of strength or area.
- HNW fabric is a prefabricated steel reinforcement material manufactured from cold with a minimum yield strength of 390 (approx.. 3,900kg/cm2).
- The shear strength of each welding point is at least 250MPa (approx.. 2,500kg/cm2), which ensures that the necessary anchorage can be developed.
II. KEY FEATURES OF HOP NHAT WELDMESH
- Manufactured to international standards.
- Made from either rib or plain round wires.
- Cut and shaped to suit specific applications and bay sizes.
- Provide better cracks control.
- Made from high quality/ high strength steel.
- Can include a combination of wire and bar.
- Manufactured in sheets.
- Bar/ wire centers/ diameters to satisfy design steel areas.
- Bar/ wire 3mm up to 14mm in diameters.
- Controlled manufactured.
